    ChatGPT reads your goal, routine and recent runs from Corner and proposes your week: every run with its warm-up, reps, recoveries and targets. Say yes, and it’s saved.

    Run it in the Workout app

    The coming week appears in Apple’s Workout app on your watch, with interval guidance and pace alerts on every target. Nothing new to learn on your wrist, nothing to type in.

    Review in ChatGPT

    Finished runs come back from Apple Health: distance, pace, heart rate, splits and each rep against its target. Ask how it went, and ChatGPT moves, eases or builds what’s next.

Say yes in the chat. Corner does the rest.

ChatGPT shows you the change first. When you agree, it saves it to Corner, which updates the Workout app on your watch and tells ChatGPT if anything didn’t make it. Every change says who made it.

My calf is tight after Sunday. Can we push the tempo back?

Done: the tempo is on Friday and Thursday is an easy 5 km. Both are in the Workout app on your watch. If the calf still talks to you on Friday, swap the reps for strides.
