Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-20. These terms cover Corner: the iPhone app, Apple Watch delivery, this website and the connector for AI assistants.
What Corner does
Corner stores your training plan, puts its workouts on your Apple Watch, and lets AI assistants you connect read your training and change your plan. Corner doesn’t write plans itself; the plan comes from you or your assistant.
Training safely
Corner and the assistants that use it give training suggestions, not medical advice. You decide what to run. Listen to your body, stop if something hurts or you feel unwell, and talk to a health professional before starting a new training programme if you have any health condition.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or over.
- Keep access to your email secure: it’s how you sign in.
- Your plans, runs and notes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Corner for you.
AI assistants
ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants are run by their own providers under their own terms. When you connect one, it acts on your behalf, and changes it makes are saved as if you’d asked for them. It reads nothing until you allow it, and you can stop sharing with it at any time in Corner’s Settings. Check important changes before you run them.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Corner: no trying to reach other people’s data, overload the service, or use it to break the law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Corner running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that a workout will always reach your watch. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for injuries from training you choose to do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending
You can stop using Corner and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
